Participation Costs

  • In order to be enrolled to the European Master in Health Economics and Management, admitted students are to pay participation costs (not profit based) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The participation costs for 2018-2019 are stated below.
  • EU/EEA students
    • Students with a nationality of a country that is part of the European Economic Area (European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) pay €2.060 per academic year.
  • Non-EU/EEA students
    • Students who are not nationals of one of the EU or EEA countries pay €6.000 per academic year.
  • The deadline for paying the participation costs is 1st August 2018


Please take note:
Participation costs for the coming academic years may change slightly due to inflation.

Dutch students can only apply for a student loan, student travel card or a supplementary grant for the first year of the EU-HEM programme. The second year you cannot apply for a student loan or supplementary grant.

Norwegian students applying for student loan at the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund are recommended to apply for education outside the Nordic region.
