WHAT IS THIS TRACK?
Meet the case of Ayesha
Ayesha is the CEO of a major metropolitan hospital facing significant challenges. Over the past year, the hospital has seen a 20% increase in patient admissions, but staffing levels have not kept pace, leading to overworked staff, reduced morale, and an increase in medical errors. Additionally, the hospital struggles with financial constraints due to rising costs of medical supplies and the demand for high-quality patient care.
Recently, Ayesha was informed about an opportunity to participate in an EU-funded pilot program promising to revolutionize patient care through digital health solutions. However, the initial investment required is substantial, putting further strain on the hospital’s already tight budget.
